Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders over £25.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Admire Haircare cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to amend the delivery details.
Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect information may be the responsibility of the customer.
